With over 40 years of experience in the dirt business, Donnie Fenoglio founded H2O Fastline & Excavation with a simple mission: to help good people and businesses bring their property visions to life. While Donnie has built multiple successful businesses over the years, the "dirt business" is where he finds the most joy.
From the beginning, our philosophy has remained the same: No project is too big or too small. We treat every job like it’s our own and take pride in delivering quality work. Starting with a few pieces of equipment and a strong desire to help others, Donnie built H2O Fastline & Excavation on the foundation of knowing how to get the job done right.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our capabilities to offer a full range of services, including land clearing, excavation, house pads, pond construction, and septic system installation and repair. Whether you need earth moved or a reliable septic system installed, H2O Fastline & Excavation delivers efficient, high-quality results every time.

Our Leader
Donnie Fenoglio started working as soon as he could walk. Born into a family deeply rooted in the cattle and peanut business in North Texas, he learned the value of hard work and hands-on effort from a very young age.
Since 1985, Donnie has built and operated multiple successful businesses. From continuing the family peanut harvesting operation and fertilizer business, to providing water transfer services for the oil & gas industry, he has gained broad experience across a wide range of demanding industries.
Donnie has been married to his wife Sanda for 39 years. Together they have raised 5 wonderful children and are blessed with 9 beautiful grandchildren. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll most likely find him spending time with his family — chasing grandkids around or relaxing on his back porch at the lake.
